For your information, I received a call today from a person who identified himself as Gene Ingram, L.P.I. Mr. Ingram stated that he had been told that you and I are very close friends; therefore, he thought that I might be able to talk with you and appeal to your better judgment.

Mr. Ingram informed me that, at this present time, you were in Clearwater, Florida, with a group protesting 'The Church of Scientology'; and he wanted me to explain what it is that you have against this religious group. He also informed me that you had donated over $100,000.00 in support of some trial or case. (I do not remember the particulars, but he mentioned the names Lopez and Dan Leipold.)

I do not know why these people think that I control your thinking, but I thought you ought to know.
