Today, Judge Beach presiding in the Lisa McPherson wrongful death case, ruled on 3 MORE Motions to Disqualify Ken Dandar, attorney for the estate.

After FLAG's attorney, Sandy Rosen, attempted repeatedly to villify Dandar with wild allegations and a long-winded diatribe, Judge Beach DENIED all 3 Motions to Disqualify. FLAG had also filed a Motion to ReHear last summer's Omnibus Motion. That too was DENIED.

One can only wonder how long Sandy Rosen will have his job representing the cult---- his stats are WAY Down.
