The name itself is scratched out completely. The "REMEMBER" above it is still readable. Somebody has deliberately gouged out the name. That is more than just cigarette stub damage. And it is localised so no fluid like vinegar has been used. It could be done in seconds with a hammer and stone chisel with a look-out kept in case somebody came along.

The cult killed Lisa McPherson and literally got away with murder. Now they are erasing her memory. This is how her religion pays her back for all her years membership and hard work done for them. This is an evil cult that should be erased in the same way they erased Lisa's life.
