It's fairly obvious Lisa was dead before they loaded her in the van. There is testimony of them washing her filthy body and putting clean clothes on her. Among other things, the testimony mentioned that her anus was leaking, a clear indication she was dead.
The only open point is how long she had been dead. Because she was not in rigor when she came in and rigor was not mentioned the next day when she was autopsied, there is a good chance she had been dead 24 to 36 hours before they cleaned her up and took her to the emergency room.
Of course a long delay in presenting a body to the authorities isn't anything new for scientology. They did it with LRH.
