I don't think that they will push this too far. It could really backfire. The Chicago Org has a history of harassment and attempts to set people up on phony charges. Mary Anne Ahmad is a staff member involved with the Mark Bunker setup. She tried to set me up on a phony 'hate' mail charge. She and others with the Chicago Org committed a number of harassments against CAN staff and supporters. She and Greg Bashaw (member but non-staff) made a brazen attempt to grab CAN mail. It was foiled. Ahmad, Bashaw and others with the Chicago Org were heavily involved with the CAN spy, Laura terepin and were receiving stolen CAN information.

I don't think that they want to pursue this much further. I and other CAN staff will willingly testify to their activities.
