Not a good sign? What a fucking hoot! Elliott cannot be the least bit happy at the prospect of this case going before a jury.

Imagine what an embarrassment it was for them when Bob Minton was acquitted of the battery charge, and when the restraining order was lifted. Mark's case is going to make those two legal defeats look like small change, in the PR damage department.

This one will create lots of bad pub for the cult, in one of the biggest cities in the US. Mark's cherubic demeanor, two additional excellent and credible witnesses, the clear injustice of the arrest in the first place, the videotape being stolen, and the cops on scene probably being hired by the cult... Elliott, you're going to be one sad puppy before this case is over.
