Bernie McCabe's office has written me to say that no charges will be pressed against Richard Bernard who attacked my with a hammer nearly six months ago.
Hammer attacks involving Scientologists will now be considered Sacred Rites and will be protected under the Florida Constitution.
I've posted the letter to XENU TV:

As of this morning, FLAG buses will be routed to the nearest Home Depot and each member of the Org will be supplied with a tax deductible blunt object.
Now, let's see what McCabe will do about Dennis Clarke and his violent tendencies.

One thing that's worth noting here is that McCabe's letter is dated July 20, meaning that there is reason to suspect that it was a contributing factor to the decision of the "Church" to escalate the level of violence in Clearwater, as demonstrated by the Dennis Clarke incident(s). Given that he was willing to roll over and play dead in the face of an assault with a deadly weapon, it's hard to imagine him pressing charges against Clarke for "mere" assault. And so the cycle will escalate once again.
It sounds to me from afar as if McCabe has put into motion a career-ending chain of events that may well result in federal marshals taking over policing Clearwater. One unprosecuted assault with racketeering undercurrents is a fluke. Two is a coincidence. Once the third and fourth assaults are videotaped and left unprosecuted, it's going to make the major media, and someone at the federal level is going to smell a chance to come down and put the boot in. And in the post-Battlefield Earth, post-XenuTV 21st century, Sailor Dave just doesn't have the batallions to hold off the feds.
If Scientologists weren't such incompetent whingeing cowards, I'd worry about another Waco. Nevertheless, I just hope and pray that no one at the Lisa Trust gets too seriously hurt in the process.
