I happened to stumble across this radio interview with Bob Minton on the radio show, "Issues, Etc." with Don Matzat, available in Real Audio at:

http://www.primenet.com/~xenubat/transcript/Issues.htm I'm not sure of the exact date, but I'm guessing it's in late December of 1998, because mention is made of the "ABC '20/20' show about Scientology from last week", and the "20/20" show aired on 12/20/98.
(Also, when this show was done, Bob *was* on the board of directors of FACTNet then, but of course he is not any more.)
