Yesterday from 9:00AM until after 6:00PM I sat in a Pinnelas County Court room. As some may know, Scientology filed a law suit against the estate of Lisa McPhearson. The bottom line of the complaint is Scientology wants to remove Dell Liebreich as personal representative of the estate because she is too "rough" on Flag Service Organization with respect to the civil case being litigated in another county.
Someone told me that Marty Rathbun (Inspector General Ethics) had commented to Bob Minton during one of the breaks that Bob was immoral and unethical. When the next beak rolled around I asked Marty if he in fact said Bob was unethical and immoral. Without hesitation, Marty confirmed he said these things.My next question to Marty was "Who has Bob killed?". Marty appeared to be stunned for a moment then he told me I was a Suppressive Person. I then told Marty he was a damn fool for believing such a thing even exist in the first place and to get over it.
