Gerard is part of OSA. In late 1999 he was the DSA or Director
of Special Affairs at the Boston Org and I assume he still hold
that position. He is a former GO member who routed out but has
been playing dirty tricks for Scientology for a very long time.
Also, he has a weak bladder while trespassing when he hears a shotgun blast :-) Bob Minton
