The LMT made a public records request for the files in Jesse's case and on July 2, 2001, Mark Bunker and Jeff Jacobsen picked up those items from the State Attorney's office. Apart from the Scientology supplied DA Packs there was one folder marked "General Security Threats Against Scientology" which caught their attention.
That folder contained alledged "general" threats against Scientology by me, like me posting a picture of DM's head on ABS in response to someone asking for a suitable picture for piking; a post where I said we would burn DM in effigy; an IRC log which seems innocuous, etc. Also included were two anon messages sent by mail (postmarked St. Petersburg, FL) to Scientology:

As mentioned last week in the normal com line, Bob and I presented our summaries of the first three chapters of the late Dr. Clark's unpublished '87 manuscript. A compelling read! General distribution is forthcoming. (The right place, the right time etc.)
We have the right ammunition now to bring down the big game. Even some of the ex-IRS employees (Supposedly paid off, stupid and happy) are being coaxed to contribute to the arsenal. We're continuing to set up quiet. tête-à-têtes with the delivery boys like Travolta and Cruise etc., but predictably they're terrified of any contribution. Blackmail - emotional or otherwise - does have a chilling; effect doesn't it?
Our Arab friends however have no qualms. They're ready for their brand of Jihad. They actually joke that C4 (and the new stuff - undetectable!) comes in all sizes, shapes and colors. Implanted in tie I -beams, (rte.) before, during and after construction even began! Remote, on-site devices, signaling equipment and timers have been in place for months and they will do the rest on our say-so. (Bob presented his objections and they were duly noted. Number 4 buckshot may be harmless, but screwing with people's minds leading to unnecessary and cruel deaths - Lisa's, of course and others - cries out for a far stronger response.)
Our Arab friends reminded us of Sarkisian of Armenia and how the Yerkrapah Battalion could be used. Everybody has objected - so far. We just want a public debate -under reasonable, rational rules, of course - OURS.
Abdullah is sending some Arab money and a note from the Koran. He says it is a custom in his part of the world to help his enemy get ready for the showdown by sending some "seed" money.
Rinder, Rathburn et al know that Hubbard was a sick man. They continue to milk the gullible, the mentally feeble and the emotionally-immature minds of hundreds and maybe thousands of victims. It's going to stop and Clearwater will no longer be hostage to this poisonous, sick cult.
So debate on our terms or do you prefer the Arab solution? Your move.

From the Koran, Chapter 22 "The Pilgrimage"
"22.18":Do you not see that Allah is He, Whom obeys whoever is in the heavens and whoever is in the earth, and the sun and the moon and the stars, and the mountains and the trees, and the animals and many of the people; and many there are against whom chastisement has become necessary, and whomsoever Allah abases, there is none who can make him honorable; surely Allah does what He pleases.
"22.19":These are two adversaries who dispute about their Lord; then (as to) those who disbelieve, for them are cut out garments of fire, boiling water shall be poured over their heads.
