AFFIDAVIT RECANTING TESTIMONY OF STACY BROOKS

1. My name is Stacy Brooks.

2. I am over the age of twenty one.

3. I am a resident of the State of Georgia.

4. At the time of its dissolution, I was the sole shareholder and president of the Lisa McPherson Trust, a for profit Florida corporation.

5. In the course of these proceedings, I have given sworn testimony both verbally and in writing.

6. In the course of these same proceedings, it is my wish to recant certain

testimony, and to clarify certain other testimony to the extent that any omissions or evasions, whether intentional or not be clarified.

7. I have at no time material hereto, nor at this time, believed that any statement I made or am making regarding false statements made by me would be exposed. I have gained nothing by these statements.

8. I hereby affirm the following statements are true, and by making these statements, I recant anything I have said, implied or omitted to the contrary:

A) To the best of my information and belief there was an agreement between Dell Liebreich, Robert Minton and Kennan Dandar, Esq., by which a large share of the proceeds of the lawsuit arising fro the death of Lisa McPherson would be paid to the Lisa McPherson Trust, which would have converted itself to a non-profit or not for profit corporation. I have previously testified falsely that I was unaware of such an agreement.

B) A report written by Brenda Hubert concerning Lisa McPherson was given to Robert Minton by Kennan Dandar, Esq., according to information I received from Mr. Minton. I have previously testified falsely that I was unaware of how Mr. Minton or anyone else might have come by it.

C) When the Lisa McPherson Trust was first formed, it did not have its own office space. During a brief period of time, one other individual and I used

Kennan Dandar, Esq.'s offices to receive messages, to place calls to third parties, the majority of which, I believe, were made for the purpose of finding permanent office space for the Lisa McPherson Trust. I previously testified falsely that Mr. Dandar's office had not been used by the Lisa McPherson Trust when it first started up.

D) The Lisa McPherson trust made at least one payment to Rick Spector in the approximate amount of $168.00. I know of no other payments to him by the Lisa McPherson Trust. I previously testified falsely that I did not think the Lisa McPherson Trust had paid him any money, when indeed it had.

E) Unedited video tapes which were the subject of subpoena, or a standing discovery request, or order to compel production, or some combination thereof existed at the Lisa McPherson Trust premises. I have previously testified falsely they did not.
