Subject: Anti Bobists -cut off Dandar's nose to spite Minton

Have any of you Anti-Bobists given any thought to the spin you are giving to the recent events concerning Minton? You are attempting to do just what the CoS lawyers want. Try looking at the facts.
Fact: Minton says Dandar is in it for the money. Good. That's what a lawyer is supposed to be doing. The more he makes for his client, the more he gets for his services.
Fact: Minton says Dandar wanted to involve DM to get more money and to facilitate the case. Good. In court cases involving a corporation, the top people are usually involved. The evidence as well as the way the CoS functions (known from past history) shows this should have been done from the start. Getting more money for Lisa McPherson's untimely death IS the name of the game. If adding the Pope would get more money, then that's what should be done.
Fact: Minton says Dandar said to keep meetings secret. Good. Dandar would not be doing his job otherwise.
Fact: Minton loaned over 2 million to Dandar. Good. There wouldn't be a case without this. As the recent quash shows, this information should be kept secret for valid reasons. The judge forced Minton on penalty of jail to reveal information without waiting for the quash order. The CoS flooded the court with frivolous requests based only on allegations by Moxon and the judge didn't put a stop to it. He even signed orders written by Moxon without reading them. Moxon added stuff that the court had not agreed to.
Fact: Minton has as much control over Dandar as Jesse and Stacy. - none.
Dandar, as a good lawyer, should explore and discuss various things with other people before making decsions. Jesse and Stacy knew DM personally and had information on litigating the CoS. Minton was necessary because a decision to add DM would require more funding. These meetings where Danadar discusses strategy SHOULD be VERY secret.
Opinion: Minton says Dandar is wasting his money. As is shown by the recent events, it is now obvious that Minton had no direct control over the case and therefore was not in a position to know how Dandar spent the funds.
Looking at the history of CoS litigation, Dandar really should have had 5 million to work with. 500 grand just to counter the inevitable abuse of process that the CoS is well known for - such as harrasment of witnesses by PI's, bugging and spying on the opposing lawyers meetings and countless other abuses. The CoS is going to spend 100's of thousands on buying "experts" to spin the case. Dandar needs as much and more to counter this.
Fact: The CoS used abuse of process to destroy the LMT. The LMT was, by far, the most vocal source for information on Lisa McPherson's torture and death at the hands of the CoS. Minton and the LMT were far more troublesome to the CoS than the civil lawsuit. They have spent over 20 million to counter Minton and the LMT.
So, in the end, we are left with Deana to publize Lisa's case. But she is more interested in trashing Minton even if she destroys Dandar in doing so.
Shirley will be in charge of getting donations. But I don't think she has the personality or the PR skills to get 40,000 people to donate 50 dollars.
Besides, she is also more interested in trying to nail Minton.
