Well, at least I tried to warn people about Bob and Stacy. In retrospect, my only regret is that I did not speak out more than I did, but hindsight is 20/20. As much as I respect him, Steve and I have a major difference of opinion here. I believe in open airing of differences. I had enough of private "settlement" of differences when I was in Scientology to last me a lifetime.

Since Steve has gone public with this, so will I. What happened was after a post I did about Bob to ARS July 31, 2001, where I stated I was very displeased about his giving information about Diane Palermo, Bob and Stacy immediately called up Steve Hassan and "tattled" to him about this. I couldn't believe how fast this response was. Two hours after my post appeared, I got a phone call. Stacy and Bob can rest assured that their manipulative attempts to shut me up and to drive a wedge in my friendship with Steve Hassan has not worked. As strong minded individuals, Steve and I will have our differences, but our friendship and respect for one another is also strong and has survived these.

What I experienced was Stacy's pathetic attempts to manipulate and silence me, attempting to use Steve as the go-between. She tried to make me the one with the problem. I am glad we didn't meet in person about this, because it would have been more of the same and I'm glad to have maintained my distance from the LMT fiascos. I will not have any conversations with Stacy until she faces up to the deep rooted problems that she has that have gotten her into this situation, rather than trying to pin this on me. Stacy needs to face herself, rather than constantly blame others for hers and Bob's troubles.
