Okay, so everyone knows that Scientology Inc. is blackmailing / extorting Minton and Brooks. Even the judge shows signs that she suspects this, as she felt the need to query on the subject.

Dandar certainly knows, Minton having come right out and told Dandar that Minton's family is in danger. Minton, after finding out that the sinister Scientology business "has the goods on him," stumbled away from the GO/OSA's office, staggared outside, and throwed up..... and then Ms. Brooks oddly "forgot" what Minton was told and caused him to vomit. Now Minton is Rinder's lap dog for the rest of his life, with the only escape from Scientology's clutches being the grave.

The solution is obvious: Dandar needs to investigate Minton and discover what Scientology Inc. has discovered, and then make that information widly known. Once that is accomplished, the power to use that information to extort perjury from Minton (and perhaps Brooks) has been lost.

As to the material being used to blackmail Minton, that probably came from one of his previous business partners, whom Scientology Inc. has paid a large amount of money to provide that information. It is not inconceivable that some banker, strapped for cash, sold confidential information about Minton to the crime syndicate.

Were I Minton, I would leave the country with as much liquid assets as possible, and then inform USA law enforcement about the extortion. Tonga Ta'pu is a nice place to live.
