ZING! Gods, I think I love this woman. She's so cool. Such brilliant wit! She's like Buffy the Vampire Slayer, only in a black robe. She's a hell of a lot smarter than Moxon et al, and I suspect Moxon et al haven't figured that out yet..... they are so used to lying to courts.

In my opinion, ther Judge appears to know damn well that Minton has been pressured (via threats of financial ruin or jail time) during these secret meetings with Scientology Inc. to lie on behalf of Scientology Inc.
