After the hearings started in April in Baird's courtroom, Bob
disclosed that he had paid Dandar an additional $750,000 to Dandar
which was never reported to the probate court or anywhere else.
Dandar at first refused to acknowledge their existance so Bob had UBS
fax the checks to his home which I then faxed down to Clearwater so
Bob could enter them into evidence. The bank faxed the front of the
two checks.
When confronted with them in Baird's courtroom, Dandar then said, "I
don't see my signiture on the back" and therefore refused to
acknowledge them again. We had to have the bank re-fax both the front
and this time the back as well which I again sent down to Bob in
Clearwater.
This took a considerable amount of time and caused a great amount of
worry that the faxes would not arrive in time to be used in court. If
Scientology had them all along, why wouldn't they have simply given
them to Bob who could have "lied for Scientology" and said he had them
from the get go?
Also, if Scientology had these checks, what value would they have as
blackmail? Presumably, the blackmail would have been along the lines
of "You do this for us or we will produce these two checks which show
you lied in your testimony about how much you funded the case." But
since Bob presented them to the court and himself admitted he lied
about this issue, then where's the blackmail?
If these were items being used as blackmail, Bob's "cooperation" would
have kept them hidden away instead of being presented into evidence.
At least thats my understanding of blackmail.
By the way, it would be good if all of the testimony from Baird's
courtroom would be released.

you have hostile thoughts about me, so we're even."

about anything I did."

Mark, you are forgetting the sequence.
Stacy and Bob went to New York first, I believe
it was in March. This is when Bob called me and told
me Rinder told him he had copies of the USB check.
December/January is when Stacy contacted Rinder,
and started working out her deal to "get Bob out of it".
Bob started talking with Rinder in March and that's
when he started to freak out. Stacy assured Bob
all would be well is he just followed her lead.
Remember back in September of 2001, when Stacy
was being deposed often? Remember when she revealed
the information about the "checks" to Scientology, and
Bob started to unravel. Stacy's comment was "Sorry, you
know I have a big mouth".
All of this you have written was AFTER the deal was made in
New York, so I ask you again, don't believe the hype and
don't spread Stacy's disease of the truth.
