THE CONNECTION BETWEEN DAVID MORSE AND ASSOCIATES

and

CHURCH OF SCIENTOLOGY’S CRIMINAL INTELLIGENCE BUREAU

My newspaper article about my religious discrimination case against David Morse and Associates is just the tip of the iceburg with David Morse and Associates. Quite a few of their employees were Guardian’s Office Intelligence officers that I used to work with when I was an intelligence officer for the church's criminal intelligence bureau.

Several of their employees have been the guys who went to jail as a result of the FBI raid on the church in July 1977. To be specific, Henning Heldt, Duke Snider, and Dick Weigand have all been employed or are currently employed by DMA. Henning has worked for them off and on and recently returned to head up their marketing division. Duke Snider was/is a co-partner of the New York office of DMA and Weigand has worked there off and on, last being a co-partner with Pat Dougherty of the Seattle DMA office.

There are other church intelligence people there that I used to work with when I was a church intelligence officer. To name some of them, President Chuck Ohl, Paul Poulin co-partner of the New York office, and Brad Ballentine and Tom Reitze of the home office. Paul Mannix of the Sacramento office is ex-Guardian Office staff and there are others.

When I was in the church's criminal intelligence bureau we worked on Mary Sue Hubbard's psychiatrist program, entitled Program Intelligence WFMH (World Federation of Mental Health). This program calls for the investigation of all psychiatrists in the world. It is a church intelligence program.

I will now present evidence that the insurance companies are being duped into unwittingly supporting the church's criminal intelligence unit, by giving DMA business. When I was working for DMA we received a written notice that DMA was working on a program to investigate psychiatrists. Therefore, it would be a conflict of interest for any DMA employee to accept any claim involving a psychiatrist. This went so far as we were told not to adjust the claim of a psychiatrist involved in a car accident. We were told not to accept those claims for adjustment and to return the assignment to the insurance company if we received one.

This tells me that some DMA employees are still in bed with the church's criminal intelligence unit, working on a church intelligence program to investigate psychiatrists. Which explains to me why they coldly turned their backs on me when I sent them a lengthy report that presented evidence of the Religious Technology Center altering Mr. Hubbard’s religious scriptures. The reason for that appears to be that they're still in bed with the church criminal intelligence bureau!

When the 1977 FBI raid on the church happened, and Weigand, Snider and Heldt all went to jail for their crimes, I knew from my experience with the church criminal intelligence unit that what they went to jail for was just the tip of the iceburg, as far as crimes go. We were committing a lot more crimes than what they were jailed for.

Following the raid, church officials announced that the church's intelligence bureau was no longer going to commit crimes. But, this turned out to be untrue, as we have all witnessed by church intelligence officers who have left the church since then, reporting that the criminal activity did not stop. An example is Vicky Aznaran stating to Time magazine "This is a criminal activity day in and day out". They also reported on church intelligence personnel using hired thugs, called The Minutemen, to go physically beat up critics of the church.

This is why I say the church's criminal intelligence bureau is organized crime operating under the cloak or veil of being a church unit. And, it appears that certain DMA employees who used to be church intelligence officers, are still acting as church intelligence officers or in collusion with the criminal church intelligence bureau because of the DMA program to investigate psychiatrists.

Thus, I believe that insurance companies, unaware of all the above, are unwittingly supporting the Church of Scientology's criminal intelligence bureau in its war against psychiatrists by giving DMA business. And, in my opinion, supporting the church's criminal intelligence bureau is akin to supporting the Mafia, another element of organized crime in our society.

In addition, Pat Dougherty, my supervisor in the Seattle office of DMA, told me he was getting information from his sister, who works as a government employee for the State of Washington. I once had a workers compensation assignment to find out if the fellow was working on the sly. I was unable to determine that with surveillance and then Pat told me where the man was working. I asked him how he knew that and he said he gets this data from his sister, who had access to such employee information by reason of her job with the State. My understanding is that a law was passed that it is illegal for investigators to obtain this particular type of information on anyone.

Pat also instructed me on one occasion to lie to an insurance company examiner to prevent the examiner from becoming upset with our company. It was communicated to me in such a way as I understood that to be his policy that I was to follow in such circumstances.

Brad Ballentine of the DMA home office is another DMA executive who I used to work with in the church’s criminal intelligence bureau. When I worked for DMA we were able to get private personal telephone company information on people we were investigating and I believe Brad is the connection for obtaining that, from an agent at the telephone company. At least that is what I was told.

My religious discrimination charge against DMA came about as a result of them applying two church policies and practices. The church policy that came overtly into play was its policy on disconnection. When a person is expelled from the church, all other church members in good standing have to sever all connection with the expelled person and there are penalties imposed on them if they do not do so.

Then, there is another policy that is used by the church’s criminal intelligence bureau that I believe they covertly applied to me. There are one or more issues from Mr. Hubbard in the Guardian Office Intelligence hat that makes it policy to cost an "enemy" of the church their job.

The two fundamental products called for in church intelligence policies, which the criminal intelligence bureau was to produce as a matter of routine:

1. Find a crime and get the critic put in jail. If you can't find any actual crimes, then set him up for one and get him in jail that way.

2. Cost him his job.

There are many examples of this being done to critics, where the church's criminal intelligence bureau destroys the critic’s business or costs him his job. A recent case is the attempt to destroy the business of Greg and Debra Barnes who were comm eved along with Virginia and I.

Larry Wollersheim's business, Michael Pattinson's business, etc etc.

It is their POLICY to do it.

What started all of this is I found evidence of church management altering Mr. Hubbard’s religious scripture. We reported this on proper church lines and it did not get corrected.

Instead, their answer was:

1. Run a black PR campaign on us to discredit us and cut our communication line to other Scientologists, to keep us from alerting them to the alterations to scripture.

2. A phoney committee of evidence, based on their black PR campaign lies about us, to COVER UP their crimes of altering scripture.

Part of their black PR campaign was what we were saying is "enemy line".

All we did was show other Scientologists an LRH HCOB (scripture) that was not being applied and had been altered, meaning re-written. We were applying KSW. (KSW is a church policy that disallows alterations to Mr. Hubbard’s scripture).

Since when is referring others to an LRH HCOB "enemy line"?

Mr. Hubbard is now the enemy? And his written scripture is now considered to be enemy line? According to whom? This shows you how far adrift the current church management is. If you apply Hubbard’s scripture within the church- you’re an enemy.

Now, here is what this is leading up to and what this has to do with DMA.

Mary Heldt was one of the witnesses who testified against us at our committee of evidence. Her husband, Henning Heldt, heads up the marketing division at DMA. I overheard Mary Heldt in the hallway talking to another person. She said that our statements about the technology (scripture) being altered was ENEMY LINE.

In other words, she went along with the RTC/OSA Black PR Campaign against us and assisted them in their cover up.

After our phoney comm ev, I wrote a lengthy report on the alteration of Mr. Hubbard’s technology and sent it to various DMA employees who I knew from our old Guardian Office days. I sent a copy to Henning Heldt, for one.

These people, whom I have known for 28 years, did nothing. They coldly turned their backs on me, which at the time, was a puzzle to me. Now I know why. By all indications, they are still in bed with the church’s criminal intelligence bureau. And, they TOOK PART in the black PR campaign against me and in RTC/OSA's cover up of the alterations to LRH tech, via Mary.

So, it appears to me that they're dismissal of me from DMA was not just a matter of applying the disconnection policy to me. It was an application of that policy, plus a covert application of the intelligence bureau policy of costing the person his job.

When Pat Dougherty asked me to leave my employment at DMA, citing the church’s disconnection policy, I said I would like to stick around a few more months to train the new employee who was going to take my place. Pat was happy with that idea. But, then the word came down from on high to get me out right away, within 4 days, a week at most.

I would also like to comment on Pat Dougherty’s false statement to the press that there is "no connection whatsoever between the church and the business". DMA is a listed member of WISE (World Institute of Scientology Enterprises). This means they pay the church a tithe for the privilege of using Mr. Hubbard’s policies in their business. Which they certainly did in my case.

From my own personal experience with these people at DMA of whom I speak, and from my experience with them in the criminal church intelligence bureau, these are some of the very people who have so glibly set about to destroy the businesses of critics of the church. I think it is interesting that now their business is on the line.

All of the above is not my official release of this information. I do not give anyone my permission to use the above information at this time, because within the next week I will be making a public statement about all of the above, accompanied with documentation, and I will give permission to use that statement publicly. The above is just a glimpse of what is to come when I go public with this information. The above is not worded exactly the way I want to word the official version of my public announcement.

Thank you for the idea of placing my newspaper article in the Trade magazines of the insurance industry. Perhaps I'll do a story for them along the lines of the above. When I go public with all of this, I'm sure people are going to notify and complain to their insurance companies and DMA competitors will also be given this information by people. I say this because of all the response there has been to the original newspaper article which only talked about my religious discrimination case against DMA, and it did not even include all of the above.

But, despite all of the above, Mr. Dougherty contends:

"there is no connection whatsoever between the 'church' and the business"

With him making absurd statements like that, who do you think the jury will believe.....
