Feb 24, 1951

Mr. Frank Dessler has the right to remove from the Foundation or from
wherever she may be, Miss Alexis Valerie Hubbard, my daughter, and see
that she gets proper care. As her father, I declare that her care in
the hands of her mother and in the Foundation to be neglectful. I
shall take charge of this matter myself as soon as time permits.
