SUPPRESSIVE PERSON DECLARE
ANNA BULL

ANNA BULL, former Plymouth Org Staff Member is hereby declared a
SUPPRESSIVE PERSON.

Anna blew (left without authorization) from staff at Plymouth in late
1982. Since that time she has failed to come back to the org.

"Where a person is secretly planning to leave and making private
preparations to do so without informing the proper terminals in an org
and does leave (blow) and does not return within a reasonable length

She was written to by a Sea Org member in Plymouth, who asked her to
return to the org, and if she did not, she would become the subject of
a Suppressive Person declare, in accordance with the policy above, HCO
PL 7 DEC 76 LEAVING AND LEAVES. Anna's reply was to the effect that
she was too busy to come to the org, and that she had "other things"
to do.

"dilettante = One who interests himself in an art or Science merely as
a pastime and without serious study.
"In an org, this manifests itself with 'people should live a little.'
"'One needs a rest from Scientology.'
"'One should do something else too.'

Three weeks later, she has still not yet returned to the org.

Whilst holding the post of a Course Supervisor at Plymouth Org, she
supervised students without Valid Certificates for Supervisor
training, and had not completed the necessary High Crime checkouts to
legally supervise students.

"A course must have a Supervisor. He may or may not be a graduate and
experienced practitioner of the course he is supervising but HE MUST

Anna Bull is guilty of the following HIGH CRIMES:

1. VIOLATION OF HCO PL 7 DEC 76 LEAVING AND LEAVES.

2. SUPERVISING A COURSE WITHOUT KNOWING AND APPLYING AND CONTINUALLY
USING STUDY TECH ON STUDENTS, AS PER HCO PL 16 MAR 72 ISSUE V,
Paragraph 20.

3. VIOLATION OF HCO PL 7 FEB 65 KEEPING SCIENTOLOGY WORKING.

Anna Bull is therefore declared a SUPPRESSIVE PERSON. Should she come
to her senses and wish to recant, she is advised to follow steps A to
E, contained in HCO PL 16 May 80 Iss II. ETHICS, SUPPRESSIVE ACTS,
SUPPRESSION OF SCIENTOLOGY AND SCIENTOLOGISTS.

Let there be no doubts that Anna Bull's actions have been Suppressive.
Any one [sic] found to be maintaining a line with, demonstrating
support for or remaining in association with Anna Bull is subject to
the standard Ethics and Justice Codes of Scientology, including
possible declaration as a suppressive person.
