action should be studied because this pattern of operation is exactly
what has been pulled on us since the beginning of Dianetics -

Now we know this and now we know how to handle - all Guardian PRC,
Intelligence, and Legal personnel should study this as it was handled
on all these lines, bang, bang, bang.
