SUPPRESSIVE PERSON DECLARECHRISTINE ELLEN HUCKER.
Christine Hucker, of Los Angeles, California is hereby declared a Suppressive Person.Christine has over the years hung out on the lines of several Los Angeles area Churches and maintained the pretense of being a scientologist™. She has received virtually no training or processing. Investigation has found that Christine is in fact not a Scientologist at all but a squirrel.
Christine has covertly maintained connections to several squirrels who are declared SPs. As of 1988 Hucker herself promoted and ran a group that was another practice. This other practice was called "You Can Have It All".
Investigation has found also that Christine has attempted to hide her squirrelling and her squirrel connections and pretended to unsuspecting Scientologists to be a Scientologist herself, with the sole motive of her profiting from doing business with Scientologists. This issue clarifies Christine Hucker's status and true intentions for all Scientologists.
In the past the Church has offered her the assistance of Scientologye ethics and tech to handle her out-ethics, but Christine has refused this help and barred the way out for herself.
Christine Hucker is guilty of the following Suppressive Acts:
1. VIOLATION OR NEGLECT OF ANY OF THE 10 POINTS LISTED IN HCO™ PL 7 FEB 65, KEEPING SCIENTOLOGY WORKING.
2. CONTINUED ADHERENCE TO A PERSON OR GROUP PRONOUNCED A SUPPRESSIVE PERSON OR GROUP BY HCO.
3. FAILURE TO HANDLE OR DISAVOW AND DISCONNECT FROM A PERSON DEMONSTRABLY GUILTY OF SUPPRESSIVE ACTS.
4. ADDITIONALLY A CRIME IF SEVERE AND OF MAGNITUDE, HARMFUL TO MANY AND COMMITTED REPEATEDLY, CAN BE RECLASSED AS A HIGH CRIME.
Accordingly Christine is guilty of the following crime, reclassified as a high crime:
IMPERSONATING A SCIENTOLOGIST OR STAFF MEMBER WHEN NOT AUTHORIZED.
All certificates and awards Christine may have are cancelled. Any trademark licenses that Christine may have signed with the Church are also hereby cancelled and she has no right to use any of the marks in any manner whatsoever.
Her only terminal is the International Justice Chief via the continental Justice Chief. Should she come to her senses and wish to recant, she is to apply steps A to E of HCO PL 23 Dec 65RA, ETHICS, SUPPRESSIVE ACTS SUPPRESSION OF SCIENTOLOGY AND SCIENTOLOGISTS.
