DANIEL LUCKHURST

Daniel Luckhurst was declared a Suppressive Person with CLO UK EO 996,
SP Declare Daniel Luckhurst.

Daniel was not in agreement with this declare and asked for a Review
Committee of Evidence. This Committee of Evidence was called with CLO
UK EO 1046 on 1 November 1993.

Daniel was informed of this in writing by Senior HAS UK and the exact
date and time of the Committee meeting was stated in a letter sent to
him. Several attempts were made to contact Daniel at his last known
address as well as by phone. Many messages were left on his phone
answering machine.

He however failed to show for any of the committee's meetings and no
other communication was received from Daniel.

This Committee of Evidence is thus cancelled and Daniel remains
declared a Suppressive Person.
