SUPPRESSIVE PERSON DECLARE DIANE McDONALD
DIANE McDONALD is hereby declared a Suppressive Person.
A Committee of Evidence was convened on Diane McDonald, field auditor on 27 January 1990. This committee found flagrant violations of standard auditing tech such as folders not C/Sed but still allowing the PC to be taken into session, not auditing intensively (per HCO PL 28 Sept. 1971, SELLING AND DELIVERY AUDITING) and failing to write up sessions after a week of auditing her PCs. There was also data found on instances of Diane spreading turmoil and disaffection concerning 2D issues applicable to the Sea Organization. Diane's actions concerning the above 2D issues, forwarded a covert undermining of Senior Management and the validity of their orders. It has taken many hours of executive intervention to handle false data spread by Diane.
Also through the course of Diane's Comm Ev it came to light that Diane is connected to a terminal that is guilty of Suppressive Acts (this other person is a refund case).
Therefore Diane is guilty of the following High Crimes:
1. USING SCIENTOLOGY (OR PERVERTED AND ALTER-ISED TECH AND CALLING IT SCIENTOLOGY) HARMFULLY SO AS TO BRING ABOUT DISREPUTE TO AN ORG, GROUP OR SCIENTOLOGY ITSELF.
2. VIOLATION OR NEGLECT OF ANY OF THE TEN POINTS OF HCO PL 7 FEB. 65RA, KEEPING SCIENTOLOGY WORKING.
3. FAILURE TO HANDLE OR DISAVOW AND DISCONNECT FROM A PERSON DEMONSTRABLY GUILTY OF SUPPRESSIVE ACTS.
4. INFILTRATING A SCIENTOLOGY GROUP OR ORGANIZATION OR STAFF TO STIR UP DISCONTENT OR PROTEST AT THE INSTIGATION OF HOSTILE FORCES.
5. SEEKING TO SPLINTER OFF AN AREA OF SCIENTOLOGY AND DENY IT PROPERLY CONSTITUTED AUTHORITY FOR PERSONAL PROFIT, PERSONAL POWER, OR TO "SAVE THE ORGANIZATION FROM THE HIGHER OFFICERS OF SCIENTOLOGY".
6. ENGAGING IN MALICIOUS RUMOR-MONGERING TO DESTROY THE AUTHORITY OR REPUTE OF HIGHER OFFICERS OR THE LEADING NAMES OF SCIENTOLOGY OR TO "SAFEGUARD" A POSITION.
7. BLATANT AND WILLFUL OBSTRUCTION OF CHURCH OPERATIONS OR INTERFERENCE WITH CHURCH CONTRACTUAL AND OTHER OBLIGATION OF CHURCH EXPANSION OR ACTIVITIES.
Any and all of Diane's certifications and awards are hereby cancelled. Any trademark license that Diane may have signed with the Church is also hereby cancelled and she has no right to use any of the marks whatsoever.
Diane may not receive any auditing or training in any Scientology Org or Mission. Diane's only route back into good standing with the Church is to apply steps A-E per HCO PL 23 Dec 1965RA, SUPPRESSIVE ACTS SUPPRESSION OF SCIENTOLOGY AND SCIENTOLOGISTS.
Diane's only Scientology terminal is the International Justice Chief via the Cont Justice Chief.
