1967 Case Evaluation Record of Frank Sinatra, which talks about his investments in Las Vegas, and his association with Joseph Fischetti, a Mafia member (pg 1)
Sept 30, 68 agreement between Sinatra, and Caesars Palace execs in which Sinatra uses Caesars money, not his own when he gambles. (pg 2)
P[.] F[.] Geissler is the IRS agent assigned to check out the allegations that Sinatra has unreported income for years 1962-65. (pg 3)
Dec 7, 1970, Gov't memorandum in which a report on Sinatra is given. Dec 4, 1970 a private jet landed at LA airport from Acapulco, it was checked out found clean, and it belonged to Sinatra. 10 people were aboard including Sinatra, one of whome, Jilly E. Rizzo is a major racketter [sic]. (pg 4)

An Oct 15, 1970 Gov't Memorandum about Sinatra at Caesars Palace. It is a brief description of how he gambles at Caesars.
