SUPPRESSIVE PERSON DECLARE JON ATACK
JON ATACK, of East Grinstead, is hereby declared to be a Suppressive Person.
Evidence to hand shows that Atack has attempted to pull well meaning Scientologists away from the Bridge to total Freedom as laid out by LRH. This attempt (mailing out squirrel propaganda) failed as shown by the publics reaction to the mailings by turning them into local HCOs, and having nothing to do with either Atack or his splinter group.
Atack has also joined up with notorious squirrels, officially declared Suppressive Persons, and expelled from the Church.
Investigation has discovered that Atack has been committing suppressive acts, not only as listed above, but by SQUIRRELING. This has included doing off line metered actions with no C/S instruction given for these actions by a qualified C/S. This has included doing Esto actions, often metered with no C/S OK, over out Int. These squirrel actions of his are in violation of several LRH references C/S Series 29, C/S Series 115, Int Series 2 and Int Series 4RA.
Despite attempts by various terminals within the Church to get in comm with Jon he has refused to do so. He is clearly GUILTY of the following HIGH CRIMES:
1. ORGANIZING SPLINTER GROUPS TO DIVERGE FROM SCIENTOLOGY PRACTICES STILL CALLING IT SCIENTOLOGY OR CALLING IT SOMETHING ELSE.
2. PUBLIC DISAVOWAL OF SCIENTOLOGY OR SCIENTOLOGISTS IN GOOD STANDING WITH SCIENTOLOGY ORGANIZATIONS.
3. PUBLIC STATEMENTS AGAINST SCIENTOLOGY OF SCIENTOLOGISTS BUT NOT TO COMMITTEES OF EVIDENCE DULY CONVENED.
4. SEEKING TO SPLINTER OFF AN AREA OF SCIENTOLOGY AND DENY IT PROPERLY CONSTITUTED AUTHORITY FOR PERSONAL PROFIT, PERSONAL POWER OR "TO SAVE THE ORGANIZATION FROM THE HIGHER OFFICERS OF SCIENTOLOGY".
5. ENGAGING IN MALICIOUS RUMOR-MONGERING TO DESTROY THE AUTHORITY OR REPUTE OF HIGER OFFICERS OR THE LEADING NAMES OF SCIENTOLOGY OR TO SAFEGUARD A POSITION.
6. IT IS A HIGH CRIME TO PUBLICLY DEPART SCIENTOLOGY.
JON ATACK is therefore declared to be a SUPPRESSIVE PERSON. Any and all certificates he may have held from the Church (either training or processing) are hereby cancelled.
His only terminal is the International Justice Chief via the Continental Justice Chief UK.
Scientologists are warned not to associate with, adhere to this SUPPRESSIVE PERSON, as they will put their own eligibility for Church services at risk by doing so, per the HCO PL SUPPRESSIVE ACTS SUPPRESSION OF SCIENTOLOGY AND SCIENTOLOGISTS.
