JOYCE STEPHENSON
Joyce Stephenson, of Los Angeles, California is hereby declared a Suppressive Person.
Investigators working for Church attorneys have discovered that Joyce has attempted to trespass on Church property with the purpose to infiltrate and covertly tape record a meeting of Church staff and members, in violation of Church policy and the laws of the land. Joyce attempted these illegal acts at the behest of Cult Awareness Network, a small anti-religious group which is connected to and works for the Internal Revenue Service. Past and recent leaders of the Cult Awareness Network have included convicted kidnappers and sex criminals. Both Joyce's illegal activities and the network she committed them for are fully documented, with the evidence in the hands of Church attorneys.
Stephenson's covert and evil attempts to suppress the Church and Scientologists™ are thus exposed as all such feeble acts eventually are.
Investigation has also revealed that Joyce has a long track of criminality, out-ethics and criminal connections.
In 1987 Joyce joined with some other squirrels in an attempt to line their pockets by filing a sham "lawsuit" against the Church that was based on nothing but blatant falsehoods. This lawsuit was resoundingly dismissed by a Los Angeles Superior Court Judge, and the decision upheld by the California Court of Appeals.
Joyce is guilty of the following Suppressive Acts:
1. VIOLATION OR NEGLECT OF ANY OF THE 10 POINTS LISTED IN HCO™ PL 7 FEB. 65, KEEPING SCIENTOLOGY WORKING.
2. BEING AT THE HIRE OF ANTI-SCIENTOLOGY GROUPS OR PERSONS.
3. CONTINUED ADHERENCE TO A PERSON OR GROUP PRONOUNCED A SUPPRESSIVE PERSON OR GROUP BY HCO.
4. HOLDING, USING, COPYING, PRINTING OR PUBLISHING CONFIDENTIAL MATERIALS OF DIANETICS AND SCIENTOLOGY WITHOUT EXPRESS PERMISSION OR LICENSE FROM THE AUTHOR OF THE MATERIALS OR HIS AUTHORIZED LICENSEE.
5. UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THE MATERIALS OF DIANETICS OR SCIENTOLOGY.
6. REPORTING OR THREATENING TO REPORT SCIENTOLOGY OR SCIENTOLOGISTS TO CIVIL AUTHORITIES IN AN EFFORT TO SUPPRESS SCIENTOLOGY OR SCIENTOLOGISTS FROM PRACTICING OR RECEIVING STANDARD SCIENTOLOGY.
7. INFILTRATING A SCIENTOLOGY GROUP OR ORGANIZATION OR STAFF TO STIR UP DISCONTENT OR PROTEST AT THE INSTIGATION OF HOSTILE FORCES.
8. PUBLIC DISAVOWAL OF SCIENTOLOGY OR SCIENTOLOGISTS IN GOOD STANDING WITH SCIENTOLOGY ORGANIZATIONS.
9. PUBLIC STATEMENTS AGAINST SCIENTOLOGY OR SCIENTOLOGISTS BUT NOT TO COMMITTEES OF EVIDENCE DULY CONVENED.
10. PRONOUNCING SCIENTOLOGISTS GUILTY OF THE PRACTICE OF STANDARD SCIENTOLOGY.
11. BRINGING CIVIL SUIT AGAINST ANY SCIENTOLOGY ORGANIZATION OR SCIENTOLOGIST, INCLUDING THE NON-PAYMENT OF BILLS OR FAILURE TO REFUND, WITHOUT FIRST CALLING THE MATTER TO THE ATTENTION OF THE INTERNATIONAL JUSTICE CHIEF AND RECEIVING A REPLY.
12. ANY FELONY (SUCH AS MURDER, ARSON, ETC.) AGAINST PERSON OR PROPERTY.
13. ADDITIONALLY A CRIME IF SEVERE AND OF MAGNITUDE, HARMFUL TO MANY AND COMMITTED REPEATEDLY, CAN BE RECLASSED AS A HIGH CRIME.
Accordingly Joyce is guilty of the following crime, reclassified as a high crime:
A. IMPERSONATING A SCIENTOLOGIST OR STAFF MEMBER WHEN NOT AUTHORIZED.
All certificates and awards Joyce may have are cancelled. Any trademark licenses that Joyce may have signed with the Church are also hereby cancelled and she has no right to use any of the marks in any manner whatsoever.
No amnesty may ever cover her.
Her only terminal is the International Justice Chief. Should she come to he+ senses and wish to recant, she is to apply steps A to E of HCO PL 23 December 65RA, ETHICS, SUPPRESSIVE ACTS SUPPRESSION OF SCIENTOLOGY AND SCIENTOLOGISTS.
