my name is Diana and I am Director of Technical Services. My hat is to
meet the new public and to send them to the courses. I am also
responsible for the arrival of the students from other missions and
organizations. I would like to know from you how we can cooperate.

Dear Diana,

I am interested in two categories of new people:

1) People which are connected to those levels of population and those
organizations, which are important to the spreading of the LRH-tech
and which are important for our security. Those are ministries and
government agencies (especially Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry
of Health, Federal Security Service, Office of the Attorney General),
mass media, tv, politicians, celebrities, VIPs and those who are close
to them.

2) People who behave strangely. The ones who are nervous, who worry,
who do not answer direct questions. Those can be implants, spies or
provocateurs. You shouldn't suspect anything bad in each of them. Just
watch them carefully. If something would seem strange or unclear to
you, let OSA know.
