SUPPRESSIVE PERSON DECLARE
NOELLA ATACK (MILNER)

Noella Atack of East Grinstead, England, is hereby declared a
Suppressive Person.

On the 15th of March 1984, Noella resigned in writing from the Church
of Scientology and included in her resignation a threat of legal
action against the Church, if standard ethics and justice policies
were applied to her for committing this suppressive act.

Noelle has associated with declared suppressive persons and squirrels,
such as Jay and Pam Hurwitz, Hitch Beedie, Steve Kaye and others.
Together with them she participated in suppressive activities aimed at
taking Scientologists off their Bridge, in sending out squirrel
mailings, perversion of standard technology,
and other suppressive acts.

Noella has shown by her own deeds that she is a suppressive person.
She is married to declared suppressive Jon Atack, and has been since
1984. Atack is a paid "deprogrammer", who actively participates in
attempting to persuade people to leave the Church and the Bridge to
total Freedom. Noella has aided and abetted Atack in his perverted
activities against Scientology and Scientologists, resulting in a few
unfortunate individuals being persuaded by Atack's lies and giving up
the only chance in all these trillions of years to make it out of the
trap. Their fate sealed by this suppressive.

Noella assisted in the writing of Jon Atack's anti-Scientology book,
which was a complete failure. This book was intended to spread
malicious lies about the Church and its parishioners, in an attempt to
mislead and confuse those people
seeking better lives.

Noella was never properly labelled as a squirrel and suppressive and
this issue does so.

She has comitted the following suppressive acts:

1. PUBLIC DISAVOWAL OF SCIENTOLOGY OR SCIENTOLOGISTS IN GOOD STANDING
WITH SCIENTOLOGY ORGANIZATIONS.

2. CONTINUED ADHERENCE TO A PERSON OR GROUP PRONOUNCED A SUPPRESSIVE
PERSON OR GROUP BY HCO.

3. CALCULATED EFFORTS TO DISRUPT CHURCH SERVICES OR THE FLOW OF PUBLIC
UP THE BRIDGE THROUGH THE CHURCHES.

4. PUBLICLY DEPARTING SCIENTOLOGY.

5.REPORTING OR THREATENING TO REPORT SCIENTOLOGY OR SCIENTOLOGISTS TO
CIVIL AUTHORITIES IN AN EFFORT TO SUPPRESS SCIENTOLOGY OR
SCIENTOLOGISTS FROM PRACTICING OR RECEIYING STANDARD SCIENTOLOGY.

6. ORGANIZING SPLINTER GROUPS TO USE SCIENTOLOGY DATA OR ANY PART OF
IT TO DISTRACT PEOPLE FROM STANDARD SCIENTOLOGY.

7. ORGANIZING SPLINTER GROUPS TO DIVERGE FROM SCIENTOLOGY PRACTICES
STILL CALLING IT SCIENTOLOGY OR CALLING IT SOMETHING ELSE.

8. PRONOUNCING SCIENTOLOGISTS GUIlTY OF THE PRACTICE OF STANDARD
SCIENTOLOGY.

9. CONTINUED MEMBERSHIP IN A DIVERGENT GROUP.

10. VIOLATION OR NEGLECT OF ANY OF THE 10 POINTS OF KEEPING
SCIENTOLOGY WORKING.

Any Certificates and Awards that may have been awarded to her are
hereby cancelled. Any trademark license that she may have signed with
the Church is also cancelled and she has no rights to use any of the
marks in any manner whatsoever.

Should she come to her senses and recant, her only recourse is steps A
to E per HCO PL 23 DEC 65R9, SUPPRESSIVE ACTS, SUPPRESSION OF
SCIENTOLOGY AND SCIENTOLOGISTS. Her only Scientology terminal is the
International Justice Chief, via the Continental Justice Chief.
