MEKO ENGLUM is removed from the FPPO Network and is assigned to the
RPF EXCALIBUR.

Meko was recently largely responsible for a shore flap at a
non-Scientology event in the US. Let it be known that she worked to
destroy Sea Org PR Area Control, which was her responsibility.

Meko has R/Sed and by her recent actions has crashed an area.

She may apply for re-entry to the FPPO Network after she has
successfully graduated from the RPF.
