Since the reinstatement of the SUPPRESSIVE PERSON DECLARE on Neville
Chamberlain, issued in April 1982, further data has come to light of
Chamberlain's SUPPRESSIVE ACTS which merits an additional issue on the
subject.

This issue emphatically reinforces the Expulsion of Neville
Chamberlain from the Church of Scientology.

When Neville first entered the Church he had behind him a trail of
criminal acts which kept him from realizing the miraculous gains of
Scientology Tech from the very beginning. His horrendous criminal acts
per his own (out of session) write ups extend as far back as 1965 and
span the entire scale of criminality from assault and battery, brutal
violence, theft, armed robbery, drug pushing, smuggling, seducing
minors, illegal gambling, car theft, arson, accessory to illegal
abortions, embezzlement, using false credentials, pimping, violence
for hire, forgery and fraud - all per his own statements.

"Many anti-social persons will freely confess to the most alarming
crimes when forced to do so, but will have no faintest sense of
responsibility for them.

"Their actions have little or nothing to do with their own volition.
Things "just happened."

"They have no sense of correct causation and particularly cannot feel
any sense of remorse or shame therefore." (HCO PL 25.1.81 VIII THE
ANTI-SOCIAL PERSONALITY, THE ANTI-SCIENTOLOGIST)

Chamberlain's history is full of overt and covert attempts to dupe
well meaning Scientologists in the name of help. While acting under
the guise of being a "well trained and competent auditor", Neville
Chamberlain is an out right squirrel and has perverted the use of
standard Scientology Tech to the utmost - his actions being a gross
mockery of the codes and mores of auditors and Scientologists. His
admitted gross perversions of the Tech included getting angry with a
PC in session and subjecting him to the degradation of blowing smoke
in his face and keeping him in the auditing room for 16 hours and
auditing while drunk, neither having any resemblance to standard
Scientology Tech and wildly against the official policies of the
Church. Chamberlain's vicious squirrel alterations of the Tech were
calculated to deny one the Bridge while claiming to be helping their
future salvation which is only available by moving up the Bridge.
While his PC's have been dutifully repaired by observant and in-tech
auditors within the Church, Chamberlain has denied himself from ever
realizing spiritual gain by practicing his gross squirrelling on
himself such as self-auditing to the radio while eating meals -
evidence of his complete disregard for the Technology that could have
set him free.

His blatant contempt for the basic principles of Scientology and the
ethical codes which Scientologists and staff members subscribe to are
evident by his action such as: gross sexual misconduct while "acting"
as a Sea Organization Missionaire on more than one occasion,
falsifying of auditing reports (a High Crime of magnitude calculated
to cover up his own squirrelling), deserting his PC in the middle of
an unflat process, out security with Advanced Level materials
resulting in extreme upset, alter-ising the standard procedures of a
Supervisor while supervising the Class VIII Course which included
giving test answers to a student - an act which in itself could have
endangered the future gains of PC's had the Course not been put back
on source by others.

"AN SP IS SATISFIED WITH AUDITING ONLY WHEN HE GETS WORSE.

"SPs are happy when their pcs get worse and sad when their pcs get
better.

"AN SP IN AN EXAMINER POST WILL ONLY DECLARE RELEASED THE BAD RESULT
CASES AND WILL NOT PASS ACTUAL RELEASES BUT WILL ARC BREAK THEM ....

"SPs don't get case gains. Sometimes they pretend them. They are held
back by their continuing overts. If we were found by them to be
decent, their past conduct would swell up and engulf them." (HCO PL
7.8.65 SUPPRESSIVE PERSONS, MAIN CHARACTERISTICS OF)

"The SP wants smaller, less powerful beings. The SP thinks that if
another became powerful that one would attack the SP.

"The SP is totally insecure and is battling constantly in covert ways
to make others less powerful and less able." (HCO B 5.2.66 S AND D
WARNING )

"Here is the level of covert hostility, the most dangerous and wicked
level on the tone scale. Here is the person who smiles while he
inserts a knife blade between your vertebrae. Here is the person who
tells you he has stood up for you, when actually he has practically
destroyed your reputation. Here is the insincere flatterer who yet
awaits only a moment of unguardedness to destroy ....

With such an extensive criminal background it is no wonder Neville
Chamberlain continued the same criminal behaviour when he entered
Scientology. Using his well practiced devious methods of escaping
detection for his criminal acts, Chamberlain carried out his "con
games" on innocent Scientologists for years. He pushed his con games
and criminal acts even while in Scientology and fraudulently ripped
off money from hard working staff members and public with his hyped up
claims of giving them a "stable investment" which forwarded only his
own ends and bought others only losses. Not only did he create
financial trouble for people with his unsuccessful get rich quick
schemes, he attempted to denigrate staff and motivate them to "make
lots of money" via his schemes for his own profit rather than do their
jobs and duties which would ensure the expansion of Scientology and
its technology and effectively serve to get man up the only road to
freedom.

Chamberlain at one point promoted one of his get rich quick schemes to
a number of Scientologists and collected from them over £100,000 in
assets for his venture. He came out of the deal smelling like a rose
with plenty of personal profit but left the many other Scientologists
duped by his salesmanship high and dry - some with severe losses which
he never recompensed. This act created considerable upset amongst
those taken for a ride by Chamberlain.

So deep his intention to betray the Church Chamberlain contacted the
Police with a wildly false and slanderous story. He convinced the
Police to escort him back to the Org to "obtain his possessions".
Chamberlain returned a few days later to try and justify this
treasonous act and again falsely professed his "true dedication" to
the group.

Prior to and since this time, Neville has been a major source of false
and vicious rumors in the UK, having the intention solely of
enturbulating those around him. Neville has long prided himself as
having the "latest information", and "knowing the scandals" which he
would embellish and enthusiastically spread to all who would listen.

"Such a person deals mainly in bad news, critical or hostile remarks,
invalidation and general suppression.

""Gossip" or "harbinger of evil tidings" or "rumor monger" once
described such persons.

"It is notable that there is no good news or complimentary remark
passed on by such a person.

"The anti-social personality alters, to worsen, communication when he
or she relays a message or news. Good news is stopped and only bad
news, often embellished, is passed along.

"Such a person also pretends to pass on "bad news" which is in actual

"Bad news, particularly if false, is the only comm line of the SP....

Neville Chamberlain has continued to spread his wild disaffection and
natter and he recently (since his declare) has been found to be in
cahoots with other squirrels and SP's such as Peter Greene (US), Bill
Franks and Alan Walters. Together they feebly scheme a failing
"campaign" to destroy Scientology so they can then "step in and save
it" (from the damage they wish to cause) in hopes of gaining notoriety
and personal profit.

"THE CRIMINAL ACCUSES OTHERS OF THINGS WHICH HE HIMSELF IS DOING ....

"INDIVIDUALS WITH CRIMINAL MINDS TEND TO BAND TOGETHER SINCE THE
PRESENCE OF OTHER CRIMINALS ABOUT THEM TENDS TO PROVE THEIR OWN
DISTORTED IDEAS OF MAN IN GENERAL ....

"THE CRIMINAL ONLY SEES OTHERS AS HE HIMSELF IS." (HCO B 15.9.81 THE
CRIMINAL MIND)

Chamberlain is going about in his usual modus operandi of spreading
alarming and false rumors attempting to distract well meaning
Scientologists from getting on with their Scientology services at the
fastest possible for them.

"The chaos merchant wants an environment to look very disturbing ....

"There are many who spend their whole lives as professional chaos
merchants simply by worrying everybody around them to death. The
percentage is probably one out of five. They spread confusion and
upset.

"If I can just keep Henry worried enough, he does whatever I tell
him." (REF: VOLUNTEER MINISTER HANDBOOK[,] page 155)

"So the ogre which might eat us up is not the government or the High
Priests. It's our possible failure to retain and practise our
technology ....

"We're not playing some minor game in Scientology. It isn't cute or
something to do for lack of something better.

"The whole agonized future of this planet, every Man, Woman and Child
on it, and your own destiny for the next endless trillions of years
depend on what you do here and now with and in Scientology.

"This is a deadly serious activity. And if we miss getting out of the
trap now, we may never again have another chance[."] (HCO PL 7.2.65

Neville Chamberlain has long since shown his true colors by his
refusal to do steps A -E of HCO PL l6 May 1980 ISSUE II ETHICS
SUPPRESSIVE ACTS SUPPRESSION OF SCIENTOLOGY AND SCIENTOLOGISTS after
he was declared. Instead he has been busy attempting to disrupt Church
lines in the United Kingdom and recently fed misinformation in an
attempt to embroil the Church in a psychotic legal matter which he
hoped to manipulate so as to "backfire" on the Church.

Neville Chamberlain is a true squirrel and suppressive and all
Scientologists are alerted to his past behavior and true nature. He
has chosen to set himself off from the Church of Scientology and block
the carefully mapped route out of standard tech for others. He has
mocked the subject of a Declarer and has aligned himself with other
Suppressive Persons and squirrels who have been expelled from the
Church long since.

Neville Chamberlain has committee the following SUPPRESSIVE ACTS:

1. CONTINUED ADHERENCE TO A PERSON OR GROUP ACCURATELY PRONOUNCED A
SUPPRESSIVE PERSON OR GROUP BY HCO.

2. SEEKING TO SPLINTER OFF AN AREA OF SCIENTOLOGY AND DENY IT PROPERLY
CONSTITUTED AUTHORITY FOR PERSONAL PROFIT, PERSONAL POWER OR TO "SAVE"
SCIENTOLOGY.

3. ENGAGING IN MALICIOUS RUMOR-MONGERING TO DESTROY THE AUTHORITY OR
REPUTE OF ONE'S FELLOWS OR EXECUTIVES OF SCIENTOLOGY CHURCHES OR
ORGANIZATIONS.

4. PUBLIC DISAVOWAL OF SCIENTOLOGY OR SCIENTOLOGISTS IN GOOD STANDING
WITH SCIENTOLOGY ORGANIZATIONS.

5. AIDING OR ABETTING A PERSON DEMONSTRABLY GUILTY OF SUPPRESSIVE ACTS
IN SUCH ACTS.

6. CONTINUED MEMBERSHIP IN A DIVERGENT GROUP

7. REPORTING OR THREATENING TO REPORT SCIENTOLOGY OR SCIENTOLOGISTS TO
CIVIL AUTHORITIES IN AN EFFORT TO SUPPRESS SCIENTOLOGY OR
SCIENTOLOGISTS FROM PRACTICING OR RECEIVING STANDARD SCIENTOLOGY.

8. ATTEMPTING TO SETTLE PERSONAL INTERNAL DISPUTES WITH A SCIENTOLOGY
CHURCH OR MISSION FOR PERSONAL ADVANTAGE THROUGH THE USE OF EXTERNAL
AGENCIES WITHOUT SEEKING REDRESS THROUGH THE CHAPLAIN'S COURT.

9. INFILTRATING A SCIENTOLOGY GROUP OR ORGANIZATION OR STAFF TO STIR
UP DISCONTENT OR PROTEST AT THE INSTIGATION OF HOSTILE FORCES.

10. SEXUALLY DESTRUCTIVE CONDUCT CONTRARY TO THE WELL-BEING OF A
SCIENTOLOGIST IN GOOD STANDING OR ANY INDIVIDUAL FOR WHICH A
SCIENTOLOGY CHURCH, MISSION OR ORGANIZATION HAS THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR
OR TOWARDS.

11. FAILING TO KEEP SCIENTOLOGY WORKING.

NEVILLE CHAMBERLAIN is therefore EXPELLED from the Church of
Scientology. He is debarred from ever again entering any Scientology
group or organization. He may never again receive services. He is
advised to consult HCO PL 16 May 1980 ISSUE II ETHICS SUPPRESSIVE ACTS
SUPPRESSION OF SCIENTOLOGY AND SCIENTOLOGISTS, page 7, section
entitiled "EXPULSION".

Any Scientologist found to be maintaining a line with, offering
support to, or in any way granting credence to Neville Chamberlain and
his actions or motives is also subject to Declare and denial of any
further services forever.
