SUPPRESSIVE PERSON DECLARE
PAMELA PEART

Pamela Peart of Eagt Grinstead, England, is hereby declared a
Suppressive Person.

Pamela applied for staff in November '92 and knowingly withheld
information from her staff application which would have disqualified
her for staff. During her employment her post performance was poor,
with other staff having to handle continual upsets, due to her
withholds.

Upon discovery of her withheld out-qualification she was rightfully
dismissed from staff. Pamela then associated herself with SPs such as
Jon and Noella Atack.

Jon Atack is a paid "deprogrammer", who actively participated in
attempting to persuade people to leave the Church, and the only Bridge
to total Freedom. But more than that, he is taking away the only
chance they have had in the last trillions of years to make it out of
the trap. Nothing could be more suppressive.

HCO contacted Pamela and gave her the opportunity to disconnect from
the above mentioned suppressives. However, she refused to handle her
scene and instead now supports Atack in his suppressive activities.

Pamela is therefore declared suppressive having committed the
following suppressive acts:

1. PUBLIC DISAVOWAL OF SCIENTOLOGY OR SCIENTOLOGIST8 IN GOOD STANDING
WITH SCIENTOLOGY ORGANIZATIONS.

2. CONTINUED ADHERENCE TO A PERSON OR GROUP PRONOUNCED A SUPPRESSIVE
PERSON OR GROUP BY HCO.

3. PUBLICLY DEPARTING SCIENTOLOGY.

4. CONTINUED MEMBERSHIP IN A DIVERGENT GROUP.

5. FAILURE TO HANDLE OR DISAVOW AND DISCONNECT FROM A PERSON
DEMONSTRABLY GUILTY OF SUPPRESSIVE ACTS.

6. VIOLATION OR NEGLECT OF ANY OF THE 10 POINTS OF KEEPING SCIENTOLOBY
WORKING.

Any Certificate and Awards that may have been awarded to her are
hereby cancelled. Any trademark license that she may have signed with
the Church is also cancelled and she has no rights to use any of the
marks in any manner whatsoever.

Should she come to her senses and recant, her only recourse is steps A
to E per HCO PL 23 DEC 65RB, SUPPRESSIVE ACTS, SUPPRESSION OF
SCIENTOLOGY AND SCIENTOlOGISTS. Her only Scientolooy terminal is the
International Justice Chief, via the Continental Justice Chief.
