FINDINGS OF EXECUTIVE COURT OF ETHICS Paniukov Andrey
The Executive Court of Ethics observed all accusations brought against T/HCO Chf Paniukov Andrey.
Misdemeanors:
1. Non-compliance -Andrey denies his charge. The Presiding Person confirms his blame.
2. Alteration of senior policy or continues ignorance of it - Andrey denies his charge. The Presiding Person confirms his blame.
3. Consistent and repeated faiures [sic] to wear his hat regarding dev-t - Andrey denies his blame. The Presiding Person confirms his blame.
4. Inadequate or declining income or traffic in a section, unit, department, org, zone of division – Andrey denies his blame. The Presidinf [sic] Person rejects the accusation because of absence of data.
Crimes:
1. Overworking an executive by ignoring one's duties - Andrey denies this charge. The Presiding Person confirms his blame.
2. Committing a problem - Andrey denies his charge. The Presiding Person confirms his blame.
3. Neglecting to clarify words not understood. - Andrey denies his charge. The Presiding Person confirms his blame.
4. Failure to employ study tech - Andrey denies his charge. The Presiding Person confirms his blame.
Additional: There was found that Paniukov Andrey was temporary risen on HCO CHF post and now he doesn't take responsibility for his post.
Recommendations of the Executive Court of Ethics:
1. To rise Paniukov Andrey onto the Cope Off post back as to the more successful post per FO 2632 of 29.11.70 "TRANSFERS AND PERSONNEL POLICIES", Policy 12.
2. To get him to go through ethcis [sic] program with hard mest-work 5 hours a day.
3. To get him to go through correction program in Qual.
4. Fitness board.
The Convening Authority brings greatful acknowledgement to the Presiding Person for his work.
