SUBJECT: PTS TYPE H DECLARE

[...], parishioner, or Portland Organization, is hereby declared PTS
type H, Persons who "have an open mind" but no personal hopes or
desires for auditing and knowingness should be ignored, as they really
don't have an open mind at all, but a lack of ability to decide about
things and are seldom found to be very responsible and waste anyone's
afforts "to convince them."

She is hereby advised to get a refund of her offerings made to the
Church, due to her PTS condition.

She may not receive spiritual spiritual counselling or training in any
Scientology Church until she is able to come to a firm decision about
Scientology, and decides that she does want to get personal gain
through auditing or training.

Her only terminal is HCO or the AG Ptl.
