SUPPRESSIVE PERSON DECLARE RONLYN BENSON
RONLYN BENSON is hereby declared a Suppressive Person.
Ronlyn blew the Sea Organization and has not returned within a reasonable amount ot time. Ronlyn blew while her area was under handling due to several off-policy actions being taken by Ronlyn's juniors which were in fact not found by Ronlyn herself but had to be found by senior execs.
Ronlyn was entrusted to ensure that LRH Finance Policies were correctly applied in PAC resulting in the expansion of Scientology and the viability of the PAC orgs. Instead, an investigation of her area has revealed that she condoned destructive out-ethics situations on Finance lines in PAC which then cut across the expansion of Scientology.
She had the opportunity to come clean with the help of Senior execs in her area but decided instead to desert the Sea Org and not confront her overts and withholds and her suppressive reasonableness thus cutting across the expansion of Scientology.
Ronlyn is guilty of the following High Crimes:
1. VIOLATION OR NEGLECT OF ANY OF THE TEN POINTS OF KEEPING SCIENTOLOGY WORKING.
2. WHERE A PERSON IS SECRETLY PLANNING TO LEAVE AND MAKING PRIVATE PREPARATIONS TO DO SO WITHOUT INFORMING THE PROPER TERMINALS IN AN ORG AND DOES LEAVE (BLOW) AND DOES NOT RETURN WITHIN A REASONABLE LENGTH OF TIME, AN AUTOMATIC DECLARE IS TO BE ISSUED.
3. FOLLOWING ILLEGAL ORDERS OR ILLEGAL LOCAL POLICIES OR ALTER-IS, KNOWING THEM TO BE DIFFERENT OR CONTRADICTORY TO THOSE ISSUED BY THE INTERNATIONAL BOARD.
4. PLACING SCIENTOLOGY OR SCIENTOLOGISTS AT RISK. (LIFTED TO HIGH CRIME DUE TO SEVERITY)
5. BEING A KNOWING ACCESSORY TO A SUPPRESSIVE ACT. (LIFTED TO HIGH CRIME DUE TO SEVERITY)
6. BEING LONG ABSENT FROM POST WHILE A SENIOR EXECUTIVE WITHOUT ADVISING THE BOARD MEMBER OF HIS OR HER DIVISION. (LIFTED TO HIGH CRIME DUE TO SEVERITY)
7. REFUSAL TO UPHOLD DISCIPLINE. (LIFTED TO HIGH CRIME DUE TO SEVERITY)
8. NEGLECT OF RESPONSIBILITIES RESULTING IN A CATASTROPHE EVEN WHEN ANOTHER MANAGES TO AVERT THE FINAL CONSEQUENCES.
9. SEVERE BREACH OF ECCLESIASTICAL AND/OR FIDUCIARY DUTY AS AN EXECUTIVE OR CORPORATE OFFICIAL OF ANY SCIENTOLOGY OR DIANETICS ORGANIZATION WHICH HAS RESULTED IN SEVERE HARM, LOSS OR DISREPUTE FOR SCIENTOLOGY OR THE ORGANIZATION.
Any and all of Ronlyn's certifications and awards are hereby cancelled. Any trademark license that Ronlyn may have signed with the Church is also hereby cancelled and she has no right to use any of the marks whatsoever.
Ronlyn may not receive any auditing or training in any Scientology Org or Mission. Ronlyn's only route back into good standing with the Church is to apply steps A-E per HCO PL 23 Dec 1965RA, SUPPRESSIVE ACTS SUPPRESSION OF SCIENTOLOGY AND SCIENTOLOGISTS.
Ronlyn's only Scientoloqy terminal is the International Justice Chief via the Cont Justice Chief.
