Back in January, the California Department of Education webbed the Narconon evaluation report they received from the California Healthy Kids Resource Center. The evaluation was highly critical, and led State Superintendent of Public Instruction Jack O'Connell to recommend that Scientology's Narconon Drug Education Program be banned from all California schools.
