Well, after three weeks of phone calls, I finally got some answers (sort of) from three areas of the Department of Mental Health....one area, (who couldn't or wouldn't answer certain questions) would pass me on to the next one)

Narconon Arrowhead was certified as a "non-medical" detox facility. (The minutes of the March meeting will not be available in any form until after they are verified by the Mental Health Board at its next meeting (May 13)

Narconon Arrowhead passed the requirements for a "non-medical" detox which were Chapter 1 and 15 of the "Permanent Rules"
