I found this document: http://www.detoxacademy.org/pdfs/epa_radiation_conf.pdf
KW is misleading. The conference was sponsored by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, but that doesn't mean that the contents are.
The document describes one alleged rehab of Chernobyl victims. When looking at the authors, one finds "J. Barnes", affiliated with FASE, which is a scientology front.
But even this guy wasn't able to help, since the study says:
"While Cesium-137 was reliably detected in the sweat of all the patients, an evident acceleration of Cesium-137 elimination was not found."
The success:
"Anxiety decreased from 23.48% to 9.09%, activity and "ability to work" increased from 40.9% to 46.96% and from 60.24% to 80.36%, respectively."
LOL!!!!

In case some of you don't get why Tilman is laughing his head off about this, reporting something obviously from a small number of cases to this many decimal places is a sign of someone with a very serious lack of scientific training or even understanding of what they are doing. You can't justify claiming numbers to this number of significant figures without subjects numbering in the millions.
Not to mention even measuring these categories would be a painful experimental problem.
