Suppression of the financing of the stays to Narconon

In response to the questioning of the representative Thévoz worry about the consequences of the stop of the financing by the DSAS of the stays of the Vaudois in the institution of Narconon since January 2003, the state Counsel explains that the withdrawal of the ofas in the domain of the residential hébergement for persons toxico-dépendantes constrained it to reduce the offer of the benefits that the DSAS supports. The choice of Narconon in particular justifies itself the fact that this institution did not always accommodate that a limited number of nationals vaudois sustained financially by our district. The ask in residential therapies will be able to be absorbed by the other institutions of the district without additional costs. The suppression of the financing to the residents of Narconon represents an economy of Fr. 500'000.- for the district.
