W. Kent McGregor is the guy who oversaw Narconon Arrowhead's CARF certification while working as a CARF examiner. He then left CARF and ended up working for Narconon himself, and even married a Scientologist. Mr. McGregor has had his share of legal troubles -- including a $1 million judgment against him in a sexual assault case brought by a former patient, back when he was allowed to do counseling work.

He was living in Europe for a while. But as of November, he and his wife are working at Narconon Arrowhead. Kent's job seems to be in Division 6 (recruiting new public), and is estimated to pay upwards of $50K/year. His wife Jette is the new "Director of Tech" and is estimated to make upwards of $100K/year.
