Anti-drug workshop for teens at church

A workshop for those interested in learning how to keep young people off drugs will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday at St. John's Lutheran Church, 1617 E. Emerson St., Bloomington.

The workshop is co-sponsored by Catholic Social Services and Narconon, a Los Angeles-based drug prevention and rehabilitation service, said workshop facilitator Forrest Luhcs of Bloomington.

The workshop speaker will be Bobby Wiggins of Boston, a former heroin addict, a drug rehabilitation counselor and founder of Narconon New England.
