when the mob moved in on the black policy numbers racket, who were some of the policy bankers that fought them?
2. what is the role of blacks as they relate to organized crime today? are they independent of the mafia?
kennnthomas gave this response on 5/6/2000:
Ted ROE ( as in Roe1 ? )
Ed Jones
George Jones
Harry Stonehill
Right now, black organized crime is connected to cia and thence to mafia through pre established black street gangs . It's 100% sordid, with blacks participating in their own genocide- not at all like the old days. I view ROE as a semi-hero of the Robin Hood type. So tell something about Buckley that he should ask such an obscure Q which probably only I would know ?
Email me knnn@webtv.net, you might know a few stray facts that would help me with Stonehill> Jack Rubys brothers
