When I was in college I worked as an exotic dancer, I am now about to start grad school in clinical psychology---Is this going to prevent me from being a psychologist? I know now that this was a mistake, but all I thought about was tuition money at the time.

No, it shouldn't prevent you from being a psychologist. What you did years ago to pay your tuition shouldn't affect anything you do now. In fact, somepeople who have done this type of work when they're young, may have problems with it as they grow older. You don't know, you just might be able to help these people with having experienced it firsthand.
