Can someone who was diagnosed with borderline personality disorder be a psychologist. I was diagnosed and am currently pursuing my Psy D in clinical psychology.

Definitely.... just make sure you have done your own healing. You will have a personal perspective on the problems that will be very helpful for clients.
I have known quite a few therapists who have dx of borderline. Some are great therapists... others are not. The difference is their own level of healing.
