Are there any vitamins or minerals or any type of nutritional supplements which will specifically change a personality disorder?

I don't know any specific vitamins or minerals that will specifically change a personality disorder. However, keeping your body and its cells provided with the proper nutrients will make your total being better and less likely to have problems.
Our cells need to proper nutrients to stay healthy and the proper balance does have an effect on lessening emotonal problems.
I have an affective personality disorder along with depression. Since I have been taking the proper suppliments, I have less problems all around.
If you have feel that I can be of further help, please fell free to contact me at any time.

It was full of truisms, any person who reads Reader's Digest knows that if you have "the proper nutrient" you are going to feel better. The important thing is what are the private nutrients for a particular individual. It is good that no claim was made for some proprietary brand of vitamins will cure personality disorders. The truth is that they feel better while having the disorder. Most drugs given for psychiatric conditions interfere with the action of vitamins and might cause an increased need. However, the main problem is that many of the drugs cause overeating and weight gain. The best evidence is that hormones increase the requirement for riboflavin but four or so milligrams is probably enough. Also, any antiepileptic drug increases the requirement for folacin and vitamin B6 or pyridoxine.
