Okay, here's a fun one. I'm going out on a "Fist date" with a woman that I have just met. We're both in our late 20's and we live in medium size city area. Any suggestions as to what we should do? I figured dinner would be nice, but I don't think a movie is conducive to first date "getting-to-know-you" conversation. I want to do something different. This is an A.S.A.P question as we're going out tomorrow night.
thanks,
Sleepless in Seattle...

How about dinner and drinks? Sometimes local parks have live music in the summertime or plays, might be a nice idea to catch something like that, get a blanket and some wine, and sit, talk and be entertained. I agree that a movie isn't a good idea for a first date yet so many people do it, you can't talk during a movie, I definately say go with dinner and then check out if there is anything on at the park, ask her after or during dinner if she can think of something she wants to do, might not be a bad idea to make the after dinner plan together, have fun, Marie
