Okay, here's a fun one. I'm going out on a "Fist date" with a woman that I have just met. We're both in our late 20's and we live in medium size city area. Any suggestions as to what we should do? I figured dinner would be nice, but I don't think a movie is conducive to first date "getting-to-know-you" conversation. I want to do something different. This is an A.S.A.P question as we're going out tomorrow night.
thanks,
Sleepless in Seattle...

Hello Sleepless:
Wanna make a lasting memory, one she'll never forget?
Start the date doing something neither of you have done (either ever or for awhile).
Ride horses, go-carts, go to a driving range and hit some golf balls, play mineature golf, go to a flea market, go to a park (school yard) and play on the swings/slide, etc. Whatever you do shouldn't last longer than say an hour to accomplish.
Then, go to dinner. You'll have some good conversation about whatever you did and that'll open things up for other topics.
You'll have made your first "happy" memory together and be on the right path, set the mood, for future dates.
Hope you have a great time, keep us posted on how things went. Olomus
