LET SAY THAT A WOMEN DRESSES SHORT SKIRT WHERE YOU COULD SEE EVERYTHINGAND A VERY TIGHT T-SHIRT WITH NO BRA ON.AND SHE WORKS IN A FACTORY AROUND OTHER GUYS AND WOMEN.AND SHE JUST OPENS HER SELF WHERE YOU CAN SEE EVERYTHING.AND SHE CATCHES YOU LOOKING AT HER OPENINGS THAT SHE IS REVELING.NOW CAN SHE TURN YOU IN FOR HARASSMENT .EVEN KNOWING THAT SHE DID IT ON PURPOSE HOPING YOU WOULD STARE AT HER?

If you do ANYTHING AT ALL BEYOND LOOK, which includes LEERING AND MAKING OBSCENE GESTURES, NOT ONLY SHOULD SHE CHARGE YOU WITH HARASSMENT, BUT SHE SHOULD WIN. NO ONE IN THIS WORLD CAN FORCE YOU TO LOOK. THAT IS ABSOLUTELY YOUR CHOICE. AND IF YOU CHOOSE TO MOVE BEYOND LOOKING, YOU ARE GUILTY OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT.
But let's get real. This situation is highly improbable. Any employer who would allow this situation to exist could be sued for sexual misconduct in their turn for not taking steps to prevent this from hapening. And they too should be found guilty. The girl herself, NO MATTER WHAT ANYONE THINKS, is completely within her rights to dress as she pleases. It is strictly up to her employer to tell her this conduct is inappropriate, and stop her from doing it. You can complain, which is what your proper action should be. Nothing else is your responsibility EXCEPT TO CONTROL YOUR OWN ACTIONS, and that is definitely YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
I CANNOT STATE THIS OFTEN ENOUGH, OR WITH ENOUGH FORCE, WHAT YOU DO IS UP TO YOU!!! AS LONG AS YOU TAKE INAPPROPRIATE ACTION TOWARDS ANOTHER HUMAN BEING, YOU ARE GUILTY!!! NO EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES IN THIS SITUATION CAN BE CONSIDERED.
