LET SAY THAT A WOMEN DRESSES SHORT SKIRT WHERE YOU COULD SEE EVERYTHINGAND A VERY TIGHT T-SHIRT WITH NO BRA ON.AND SHE WORKS IN A FACTORY AROUND OTHER GUYS AND WOMEN.AND SHE JUST OPENS HER SELF WHERE YOU CAN SEE EVERYTHING.AND SHE CATCHES YOU LOOKING AT HER OPENINGS THAT SHE IS REVELING.NOW CAN SHE TURN YOU IN FOR HARASSMENT .EVEN KNOWING THAT SHE DID IT ON PURPOSE HOPING YOU WOULD STARE AT HER?

Yes, I suppose she could complain of sexual harassment... but I think a person conducting themselves in this way is unlikely to do so. My advise to you if this should occur is to NOT stare or oggle... or have any comment to the person, but contact the person in your organization to whom complaints of sexual harassment are to be made. THEN FILE A COMPLAINT YOURSELF! It is my opinion that the conduct of the woman (as you have described it) is sexual harassment, and should not be permitted in any organization. Improper conduct/behavior is just that, improper, whether the offender is a male or a female. I hope this answer is responsive to your question, and helpful... HRPro2000 BobO
