Unfortunately she could file a claim of sexual harrassment even though some people would say that she asked for attention and got it. I doubt that she could win with the circumstances as you have described them. There are several things that must take place for a person to prevail in such a complaint. My advice to you is DON'T LOOK!!! What she does is her responsibility and what you do is yours. Most people who are activists for Equal Employment Opportunity will not accept a plea of "she asked for it". Besides that, you must protect yourself. Once a complaint is filed there is a stigma attached to all parties of the situation, even if the accusations are proven to be false. This isn't fair but it is true. To date I am not aware of much, if any, recourse for a person unjustly accused of sexual harrassment. Just do everything you can to stay out of the situation.
